Paradise electronics, is a Non-Banking Finance Company licenced by the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan, having its registered office is at Main Abul Hasan Isphani Road Gulshan e Iqbal, Karachi, Pakistan, is the owner of the website “www.paradiseelectronic.com” and herein after shall be referred to as Paradise Electronics. As a user (User) of this Site, the User understands that this site is not a digital lending platform. It simply facilitates the general public to place an order to the company for the purchase of electronic items and other goods on installments. Subsequent process is physical.

As a User of this Website you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions that Paradise Electronics has provided hereunder or anywhere else in this Website including but not limited to disclaimers on this Website. You are advised to read and understand the said Terms and Conditions.

Customer data will be stored on local server with appropriate security and all information will be treated as confidential. Access will be provided to employees on need-to-know basis only. The information is also shared with third party verification agencies.

The company shall not require the access to the personal data in the mobile of the customer.

Online Order Placement & Physical Verification Process

A customer may submit the initial information on the application form for selected product through this website while the subsequent process is physical. Paradise Electronics requires the following documents to proceed with the orders:

Documents Required:

A copy of the applicant’s CNIC.
Two (2) signed references on the prescribed format.
Physical verification of the applicant & his/her references residential address.
Agreement signed by the applicant.
Post-dated cheques (PDCs) in the name of “Paradise Electronics” as per tenor of the Installment Plan. (on case-to-case basis)
Utility Bill Copy.
Delivery Officer will receive a signed copy of the delivery note from the customer and a picture of the product being received by the customer.
Customer’s must read and sign the delivery note and mention the detail of the item(s) and accessories received.

Process Information

The process will start after submission of all the required documents from the applicant.

Only one product can be purchased on a single CNIC. Paradise Electronics may issue another product based on the customer’s past performance and financial history.

Product Warranty will be claimed directly from the concerned Brand or from its Authorized Service Center according to the standard warranty conditions of the Brand.

In case of Laptops, 3 months warranty will be provided by Paradise Electronics.

Paradise Electronics is not providing any insurance coverage/ facility on any item purchased through Paradise Electronics.

In case an item supplied is not working after the delivery, customers must inform directly to the manufacturer within 48 hours of the delivery and inform our team as well.

Motorcycle Insurance is the responsibility of the applicant and has to be paid by the applicant. It is highly advised to insure the motorcycle before bringing it on the road.

Paradise Electronics will keep warranty card / box until all installments are cleared.

Paradise Electronics reserves the right to change availability and prices as and when necessary, with/without notice. But once deal is locked, your amount will not change based on market fluctuation of prices.

Product availability is dependent upon market conditions.

Paradise Electronics may use services of credit risk assessment providers to conduct risk assessment on the Users to determine credit history and analyze whether Paradise Electronics can approve the order or not.

Cooling-of period:

Order placed by a customer may be withdrawn at any time before the signing of the agreement.

Refunds

In the event a user deposits an amount in excess of the amount due., The excess amount will be adjusted against the next instalment. If the same happens during the deposit of the final installment, the user can contact support at info.paradiseelectronics@gmail.com for refund of the excess deposit amount. Refunds in such
cases will be made in 45 days.
